Finding a Specific Product
Comwarehouse allows you to search for a product or browse
through our categories to find an appropriate product to meet
your needs.
You may search for your product four different
ways. The dropdown in front of the search box located at
the top of all pages lets you
choose from the four options: search by keyword, search by item
number, search by item name, or search by item description.
Just select a search option, type your search term in the search
box, and click the Find button.
In addition, you may browse through our catalog via the
interactive menu under ALL CATEGORIES located to the right of the search box. You can use this interactive menu to
narrow your browse with the given choices. Clicking an
option will either expand your choice or display all products
within the chosen category. Browsing provides a way for
you to view products and see related items without knowing specifically what you may
want.

Order Status
To check the status of an order, simply click the
STATUS tab located just under
the Comwarehouse logo.

The privacy statement of Comwarehouse, as it applies to
consumers and customers, is that we are completely committed to
keeping your personal business confidential and disclosing to
you exactly how we collect, use, and share your information. We
place the highest priority on protecting and keeping your
personal information secure.
We restrict access to non-public personal information about you
only to those employees who need this information in order to
provide products or services to you. We maintain high standards
of physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your
non-public personal information.

Return Policy
Comwarehouse strives for 100% customer satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase,
Comwarehouse is committed to making it right for you.
YOU WILL REQUIRE AN RMA NUMBER IN ORDER TO RETURN ANY
MERCHANDISE TO COMWAREHOUSE.
Before contacting Comwarehouse have your SALES RECEIPT ready
and have the product item with you. Then contact Comwarehouse by
emailing us at returns@comwarehouse.com or by calling
419.794.2251 to leave a voicemail. A Comwarehouse
representative will contact you after your purchase has been
reviewed.
Our Technical Support team will work with you to try and diagnose
the problem and attempt a field repair if possible. If the Item
requires service by the manufacturer, then you will be provided
with a Return Authorization number.
Comwarehouse accepts returns on merchandise within 30 days from
the original date of invoice. Original shipping charges are not
refunded on returned items unless there was an error on our part.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returning
items back to Comwarehouse, unless there was an error on behalf
of Comwarehouse.
Comwarehouse is not under any obligation to credit, refund or
exchange items solely by issuing a RMA number to you. We will
process your request and notify you as soon as possible.
Refused or Unwanted Shipments:
Within 30 days from the invoice date; you may refuse and return
merchandise for any reason. However, there will be a 15%
restocking fee. Freight charge will not be refunded.
We'll need the following to authorize the return:
- Customer Information
- Original Date of Purchase
- Invoice number & Product Information
- Nature of the problem
All returns must have a pre-authorized Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by printing of
the
RMA Request Form, (which can be found on the link at the
bottom of the Home Page). Fill it out completely, making
sure you have all the fields accounted for and either email
it to
returns@comwarehouse.com or fax it to us at 309.404.3467.
This number is printed on the RMA Request Form.
Comwarehouse will email you or fax you an RMA Authorization
number, along with the shipping address for the items to be
returned to.
Comwarehouse is not responsible for any damage or loss that
may occur during return shipment. For your own protection,
you may wish to insure your return package. Please note that
items such as ear buds, acoustic tubes and ear inserts will
not automatically be exchanged for new parts if an item needs
to be replaced.
Returns within 30 days from the invoice date will be exchanged,
refunded or credited to you at Comwarehouse's discretion.

Sales terms and Conditions (Payment Options)
There is no minimum purchase. Payment is due at time of
purchase, and is in US Dollars. For North American Sales we
accept major credit cards including Visa and Master Card, as well as certified checks.
Purchases outside of North America require wire transfers.

Setting Up an Account
Setting up an account is required to place an order.
Account creation allows Comwarehouse to remember payment,
shipping, and billing information for future transactions.
After an account has been created, customers can access account
information to view previous orders and check the status of an
order.

Shipping Policy
All items will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise
specified by customer. Contact
shipping@comwarehouse.com to discuss shipping alternatives. Shipping and handling fees will be
invoiced to the customer.
Unless we experience unexpected complications, Comwarehouse will
provide next business day shipping for orders received by 3pm US Eastern
Standard Time. Once an order has been processed and
shipped, the Order Status will be updated to reflect the UPS
tracking number. Check the progress of your orders at any time by visiting our Order
Status page.
Backorders will be shipped to the destination specified unless
otherwise advised at time of order. Any complications during the
shipping process will be communicated to the customer.
Your order is automatically insured up to USD $100.00 per
shipment by UPS. For orders over USD $100.00,
extra insurance will be added.

Warranty Information
Comwarehouse Limited Warranty
Comwarehouse warrants each new product sold be free from
material or workmanship defects, under normal consumer usage for
a period of one year, or as per manufacturers warranty if
longer, beginning on the date of invoice from Comwarehouse or
from an authorized Comwarehouse manufacturer. This warranty does
not cover physical abuse, improper maintenance, broken or
exposed wires, damage from pulling on the wire, exposure to
excessive voltage, tampering or attempted repair by another,
other than the original manufacturer. Any of these or similar
such reasons shall void the limited warranty.
This warranty is offered exclusively to the initial consumer
purchaser and is not transferable. For Reasons of Hygiene, we
are unable to extend our LIMITED WARRANTY to wearable parts such
as, Ear Buds, Foam Pads, Acoustic Tubes and Molded Gel Ear
Inserts.
Comwarehouse shall have no obligation to repair or replace any
product resulting from: normal wear, catastrophe, negligence of
use (such as dropping), improper or unauthorized alterations,
repairs, or use of the product in any manner for which it was
not designed, or by causes external to the product. This
warranty is void if the product label is defaced, altered or
removed.
Repaired or replaced products are warranted for the balance of
the original warranty period. All replaced parts or products
become the property of Comwarehouse. In order to obtain warranty
services proof of purchase in the form of a SALES RECIEPT must
be returned along with the product.
THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING,
WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
FOR ANY PRODUCT WHICH DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE WARRANTY
SPECIFIED, THE SOLE REMEDY WILL BE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. IN NO
EVENT WILL COMWAREHOUSE, INC. BE LIABLE TO THE BUYER OR ITS
CUSTOMERS FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR THE LOSS OF PROFIT,
REVENUE OR DATA ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR THE INABILITY TO
USE THE PRODUCT.
